Paris is always a good idea

Paris opens its doors to design lovers, as well as to experts in the sector. For those of you who are in the "ville lumière" these days, from 8 to 17 September the city comes alive with furnishing creativity, and while the Maison & Objet contemporary design fair takes place at the Paris Nord Villepintecon exhibition center (8 - 12 September), a route in the city offers a constellation of attractions related to the world of furniture.

The exhibition brings together 250 participants from Parisian galleries, museums, showrooms, hotels and restaurants, who dedicate a series of events and product presentations to emerging and established design, right on the same days when the autumn and winter fashion collections are launched in stores .

And it is in fact the combination of fashion, art and interior design that emerges among the trends that the exhibitors of Paris Design Week wish to explore in this edition, together with the celebration of the French designers who were the protagonists of 20th century design, with in head Jean Prouvé.
