Item description
This so amazing Italian sideboard and/or dresser, has been very well designed by Silvio Cavatorta in the 1950s. Crafted from exquisite teak wood, this cabinet boasts sixly large drawers, highlighted by sleek brass-chromed accents that enhance its sophisticated appeal. Crowning the piece is a strikingly thick art glass shelf, bordered in brass, and sourmounted by a swivel mirror that adds both functionality and flair. The robust construction is supported by elegantly tapered metal legs, complete with height-adjustable brass feet, ensuring both durability and adaptability. The teak wood radiates a beautiful warm orange hue and its visual impact, when seen in person, is undeniable, making this sideboard an exceptional and versatile statement piece of mid-century Italian design. Its adaptability allows it to function as a stunning vanity dresser in a bedroom as well it will elevate any modern interior with a touch of timeless elegance. In remarkably good condition for its age, as depicted in the images, it shows only slight signs of wear, consistent with its vintage nature and careful use. Recently polished with shellac, it is now ready to use becoming an attractive piece in any project of interior decor.
