Walnut dining table with glass top and brass decorations, 1940s
SILVER Seller in Udine, Italy
Italian dining table produced between the 40s and 50s, with a design that slowly moves from Art Deco to Italian modernism with linear shapes and well-defined designs. The brown glass top is original from the time, has rounded corners and a wooden frame that completes the entirely walnut structure with brass details and workmanship. The feet and the area between the top and legs are decorated in brass. Table with a modern design already at the time, designed and produced to last over time both structurally and scenographically. Polished with oil and shellac.
