Item description

Gaetano Scolari's chandelier is a refined and sophisticated example of 20th-century modern design. The central structure features a polished chrome base with six curved arms joined at the center. At the end of each of the six arms are light bulbs, positioned to evenly illuminate the surroundings. At the top are six clear glass bubbles, one for each arm. Below are numerous pendants made of blown glass. These bubble-like pendants of various sizes create a striking and fascinating visual effect. Each glass bubble is unique, with a slight variation in size, reflecting the craftsmanship of glassblowing. The interplay between polished chrome metal and delicate blown glass bubbles creates an interesting and sophisticated contrast. The transparency and lightness of glass balance the solidity and shine of metal, making the chandelier not only a functional object, but also a light sculpture that enriches the environment with its distinctive presence. Its dimensions are: diameter 51 cm. h 70 Requires E14 bulbs (110-240V). ANGELO GAETANO SCIOLARI (1927-1994).
