Armchair and footstool in white leather by KNOLL by studio KNOLL, designed by architect Mies van der Rohe and his muse and collaborator Lilly Reich in 1929 for the famous German pavilion of the International Exhibition in Barcelona. Rebuilt in 1983 by the municipality of Barcelona and the Mies van der Rohe Foundation established in the same year. Today you can visit the Pavilion, which displays the work of Mies van der Rohe and Lilly. Reich, the furnishings and the 4 Barcellonas in black leather and the 4 white. A visit is a must to enter the spirit of the modern movement. Still alive today. The iconic set par excellence of 20th century design. Mannesmann steel structure in mirror chrome finish with straps that support cushions covered in soft white hammered leather. The cushions are quilted in leather with raised buttons.
