Item description

1960s bedroom furniture in mahogany root with maple inlays on the fronts of the six large and sturdy drawers. The chest of drawers was lacquered black along the edge and on the sides, so as to create a contrast with the shade of the briar. The glass and handles are original from the period. The piece of furniture has been polished with shellac, it shows normal signs of wear due to age and use, in particular two small marks under the glass as shown in the photo. The central drawers (right and left) are slightly 'hard' to close, you need to close the bottom drawers first, then the top one.
