Early Oda lounge chair with footstool by Arnold Madsen (often described as Nana Ditzel) Model MS-9 or "Oda". Produced in 1950s by Poul Kolds Savværk Denmark. New upholstered in grey / dark blue Kvadrat fabric by Nana Ditzel. Armrests in teak and legs in oak.The last pic is showing the chair before upholstery.
