Description: Antique French Napoleon III clock triptych in expertly chiseled gilded bronze and polychrome Sevres porcelain. The clock has a circular dial with Roman numerals surrounded by festoons with cherubs. The upper part is surmounted by a gilded bronze sculpture depicting birds with branches. The central body in blue Sevres porcelain is highlighted by finely chiseled gilded bronze lion heads. The candelabra recall the amphora shape of the clock and present gallant scenes in the center and end with a stump with four wax-tray lights. Provenance: 19th century France.
