This pair of Bauhaus armchairs presents itself in an incredibly simple shape and impresses with its clear lines and puristic construction. The cubist wooden structures are screwed together with three crossbars and have a beautiful warm wood tone. The lower areas of the case show minor signs of wear. A lightweight canvas suspension has been stretched into the frame, which is attached to the rear cross member with 2 straps and can be variably adjusted via a strap system. The seat cushions and back cushions are in good condition and have been covered with a green linen cover. These two armchairs, in classic architectural style, were made in Germany, probably around 1930.
