2 chairs from the 1950s, Melchiorre Bega. design mod.Papillon, name from the butterfly motif on the backrest. Italian production, 1950s-60s. AC trunk in soft wood, chestnut or pear. sitting in skai. the chairs were worm-eaten in several places. have been subjected to a professional anti-woodworm treatment. the woodworms are no longer present. the marks remained, especially on some feet. (see photo carefully). stability and robustness are not compromised. the seat is in original skai in excellent condition. 4 identical pieces available on request. the price is for a pair of 2.
