Walnut drop-leaf chest of drawers from the Austro-Hungarian area, carved. Leaf-spring-operated piece of furniture on the front with three drawers surmounted by a drop-leaf door containing a cabinet with a door and drawers, bracket feet. Carvings with curls and leafy scrolls, a cupid on a chariot pulled by butterflies is carved in the centre of the door. Antique gilded bronze handles, steel-iron hardware. Fir interior.
