"Thailandia" bed designed by the architects Ciansky and Shelba with Luciano Frigerio for Frigerio di Desio in the late 1960s.
This bed is special because it is the first bed in cast brass produced by Frigerio of Desio, and homage to the beds made 20 years earlier by Arnaldo Pomodoro in collaboration with Osvaldo Borsani, friends and connoisseurs of the furniture sculpture, who after this bed will produce hundreds of sculptural models between 1960 and 1990.
Made of cast and beaten brass elements with geometric motif and cast sultore plates sculpted by Luciano Frigerio.
It is complete and in excellent condition as shown in the photographs.
