Bronze and golden bronze pendulum with mercury depicting an allegory of music. The male figure is intent on playing the lira. The bas -relief represents the journey to Hades with the figure of Caronte who ferries the souls and Cerberus, the three -headed dog. Perfect state of conservation with revised and functioning mechanics. France, Empire era (early 19th century). The dimensions are: 28 x 10, height 39 cm.
