Pendant lamp produced by Kartell in 1959, based on a design by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, model 4017, (in Castiglioni's site marked "KD7"). The diffuser is in white opaline methacrylate that rests on an anodized aluminum body with brass ups and downs to balance the up and downs of the diffuser. It measures 35 cm in diameter by 25 cm in height, only the illuminated part. Very rare example, production of the 50's and not a remake, in very good conditions of conservation, without injuries, breaks or missing parts. photo n°4 and 5 internet source
