Carlo Prada, supporting his father's will, said Milanese lawyer, classic studies were sent to the Brera Academy in 1900. In 1906 he participated in the national exhibition of Milan, launching the attention of the merchant Alberto Grubicy who soon managed to recruit him in his stable of the Divisionist painters. He exhibited in Paris from 1907, '12 and '21. In 1922 he released at the Pesaro gallery in Milan he closed the lucky divisionist parenthesis by revealing later attracted by the experiences of the twentieth century, a group he was not officially adhered. At the turn of the new decade, these suggestions faded towards pictorial ways related to the chalism causing the author to ever more slight and vaporous numbers. He dedicated himself in recent years to landscape painting especially Ligurian subjects particularly dear to the artist.
