Pair of cast iron fireplace andirons dating from the late 19th century. Ideal as ornaments and as bookends or simply as collectors' items. The objects have no missing parts and, revamped with gold paint, are a clear example of creative reuse of antique objects recovered from old attics. Dimensions: H 18 cm approx. W 30 cm.
