Ancient Italian painting of the 18th century. Oil painting on canvas of the Venetian school depicting mythological subject The Bath of Diana of good pictorial hand. Bucolic landscape with waterfall of beautiful quality, Diana accompanied by finely painted nymphs. Modern wood and plaster frame pleasantly carved, lacquered and chiselled. A painting of excellent proportions that can easily be placed in various parts of the house, for antique dealers and collectors of ancient mythological paintings. Work that has undergone a conservative restoration, re-tinting, replacement of the frame and restoration of the colour in some points (see photo). In good condition. Light painting H 58 x W 70 cm.
