Solid walnut sideboard with joints, 19th century
Item description
Antique four-door sideboard in finely carved solid walnut. The main facade is characterised by two doors with a drawer above enclosed between two choked columns ending in Corinthian capitals. At the sides there are two doors with shelves inside adorned with plant volutes. The band under the top is richly carved with leaf motifs while the base rests on solid onion feet. Condition: Restored by our master craftsmen using the traditional satin-wax method. Provenance: Naples (1860/70) Measurements: 150cm x 60cm h95cm. Document: Certificate of Authenticity
