Item description
Magnificent work of great pictorial quality from the circle of Giovanni Paolo Panini 1692- 1765. Belisarius in front of the statue of Apollo. On the back wax stamps and collection numbers. The work is set in an important antique wooden frame, carved and gilded. The painting is already restored and in a good state of preservation, with small colour fades which have been restored after reversible pictorial restoration. Canvas measurements 98.5 x 74.00 cm.
