Item description

A refined Louis XV Venetian chest of drawers in walnut root with oak interior dating from the early 20th century. Moved on both the front and sides, it is a true masterpiece of fine cabinet-making. Entirely plated with walnut burl, it is embellished with finely carved wooden ornaments. The front features three large drawers that can be pulled out through gilded bronze handles. The cabriolet feet are joined by a finely carved mixed apron with a central shell. Provenance: Venice 1910/20. Measurements: 118x55 H100cm. General condition: Unrestored but in excellent condition. Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
