Italian maple bedroom set, bed and bedside tables, by Silvio Cavatorta, 1950
For your consideration an elegant double bed frame accompanied by its two bedside tables, all characterized by a catchy sculptural design attributable to Silvio Cavatorta in 1950s. All the structures are made of a gorgeous bleached maple wood. The bedside tables are equipped with single front drawer by an unusual shape design, finished with brass feet, and both have placed on the top a back-lacquered glass in emerald green matching so well with the maple wood color. The items are in good conditions of the period, with few signs of wear on the wood surfaces, consistent with age and gentle use. In absence of structural damages and all ready to use.
