Item description

Christ is on the left and is engaged in the washing of the feet. In the centre is a bowed woman around whom are seated some apostles and prelates who have already accepted Christ's gesture. In the background, beyond the room, a view of the exterior unfolds with architectural elements to the right. The whole scene takes place in the foreground where we see a tangle of characters, all looking towards a single target. Condition: Very good Condition. Measurements: 83x99cm. Provenance: 18th century Rome. Document: Certificate of Authenticity.
