French armchair in Country Chic style; it has a soft and cozy silhouette with excellent padding, perfect for everyday use; the structure is very sturdy and solid, so the armchair is heavy, which is why it has been equipped with four elegant feet in solid cast brass; the fabric that covers the armchair is not printed, but it is a special fabric of cotton threads woven by artisans who used a hand loom with which they were able to create the designs, geometric patterns and an incredible series of variations where the their only limit was their inventiveness. The back is wide, the seat wide and deep and the practical armrests are at the right height for perfect relaxation; on the right side there is a pocket for storing newspapers or magazines. The armchair was made between 1970 and 1973 by an artisan workshop located in Usson du Poitou, a small town in the New Aquitaine region (France).
