A painting of great size and impact adorned with a non-coeval frame from the 19th century, carved and gilded. Painting with a pleasant perspective and good dynamism, expertly created with an excellent use of light. The animals and the farrier in the foreground are of great quality, painted in the dim light, in the act of fixing the shoes to a horse with his assistant. It has undergone conservative restoration, replacement of the frame, restoration of color in some places and has been restretched.
