Giancarlo Gabbianelli's ceramic trivet. In excellent condition, with minimal signs of ageing and use (no chips or smudges). A factory, already active in the years before the Second World War, based in Milan at Via San Pietro all'Orto 11, whose production, directed by Rolando Hettner, consists of modern majolica, vases, favours, lamp bases, wall plates, decorative floor tiles and wall panels, and statuettes with sacred subjects. Giò Ponti collaborated with the factory between the 1950s and 1960s. In the 1980s, designer Sergio Asti collaborated with the factory.
