Antique Italian painting from the end of the 19th century. Oil on copper work depicting religious subject Expulsion of the Merchants from the Temple by a good painterly hand. Painting of great size and impact, rich in characters and decorative elements, with excellent dynamism. Painting of considerable weight, missing frame, fixed with nails on a modern frame (see photo). Work that has undergone conservative restoration and colour repainting in places. In good condition with some signs of time. Light painting H 132 X W 97 cm.
