Iron military safe with top and bottom handles.
It has a lower base with flap door and an upper wooden base, both movable. 20th century era. Inside is labeled 'Hall's Sate and C Cincinnati'. During wartime the safe was used by the military to hold important documents or to hold money. It was delivered on planes by parachute. It has a strange and complicated lock with a brass knob, turning it with the right settings should open and close it.
