In this delicate composition we can admire the triumph of love between two animals. Composition between Liberty and Symbolism. The long stroke and the strong attention to chiaroscuro effects show us in the foreground two deer hugging in a sort of embrace. The scene takes place in a vegetable frame, under flowering branches that descend in order from two trunks placed like a theatrical backdrop. In the background the same fallow deer run free in the landscape.
