Oil painting on canvas (with frame) depicting a Vestal virgin made by Giulio Di Sotto in 2011. It is the reinterpretation of the 1899 work "Mailice" by William-Adolphe Bouguereau (1825-1905); interesting to note how in the 19th century a work of a mythological nature was the pretext for the creation of a partially naked female body in a seductive pose.
