Item description

Neoclassical flap desk made in Trentino in the late 18th century. Cherry wood panelled structure decorated with small geometric inlays. Flap concealing a compartment with writing desk, six small drawers and side secret spaces. Undertop band also concealing secret drawers. Front consisting of four drawers, two of which are smaller. Truncated pyramidal feet. The inside of some drawers has restorations and there are general shortcomings.
