Pendant lamp by Poul Henningsen for Louis Poulsen, 1970s

Poul Henningsen's iconic 4/3 lamp, dating back to the 1970s-80s, was designed as a smaller version of the famous 1960s PH5 prototype. Produced by Louis Poulsen in Denmark, it has kept the manufacturer's label. Its design follows the general three-shade system based on the logarithmic spiral, with the center of the light source positioned at the center of the helix. These highly popular metallic lamps were produced in different sizes and colours, with the underside of the lampshade mostly painted white to provide a diffused light. The presented lamp is deep orange in color and is in very good original condition, with only slight traces of use and its original 43cm long cord, which can be lengthened upon request. Requires an E27 bulb.
