Item description

Teak desk in the style of Kai Kristiansen, made in Denmark in the 1960s. Characterized by a slightly raised top and six drawers on the front, of which the upper two have a lock (original key). On the other side there are two side open compartments and a central bar compartment with lock and mirrored back. The excellent joinery displays masterful mid-century Danish craftsmanship with careful attention to details such as carved drawer handles and beautiful select teak featuring a rich grain. Excellent condition with slight traces of use; the furniture has been polished with Danish oil. Two keys included. Leg height: 35.5 cm. Drawer height: 7 cm. Space for the chair: 72 cm in height and 50 cm in width.
