The statue was created by Peter Mook, one of the very few sculptors in the world to be approved as an artist by all the major groups such as Warner Bros, Disney, Kingfeatures, Marvel and Microsoft, thus obtaining the opportunity to work with many licences such as Looney Tunes, Mickey and Friends, Betty Boop, Garfield, Mr Bean, Winnie the Pooh.
