Incredible and extremely rare chest of drawers designed by Tito Agnoli for Caleido, a Poltrona Frau company, in the 1970s. The object is of unbelievable workmanship, with Pecary leather drawers hand-stitched in petchwork, using the finest leather on the market, i.e. that used by Hermès for one of the most expensive bags it produces, the Birkin. The object is accompanied by expertise and authenticated directly by Frau SPA. The only example currently on the market and an object of remarkable Italian craftsmanship from the 1970s, possibly complete with matching wardrobe as shown in the photographs, which can be purchased separately in another lot. The item is in excellent vintage condition, some signs of wear as shown in the photographs, only two half-inch holes due to the previous owner's cat.
