Kerguelen coat rack by Enzo Mari for Danese (Milan), 1960s (1968). This is a specimen of the first version. Through holes and cuts on a PVC tube Mari managed to create an object that, not only fulfills the function of a coat rack, but, with its compartments, shelves and hooks, serves as a multifunctional totem.
