Lamp Brera T By Achille Castiglioni for Flos 1992 -out of production- A creation in which modern design meets Renaissance symbolism Inspired by the Brera Altarpiece, from which it takes its name. The lamp in fact takes the form of an ostrich egg, a symbol of rebirth and resurrection, which in the work of Piero della Francesca is represented suspended above the head of the Virgin Mary with Jesus in her lap.
