Sideboard by Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik, 1960s

Stunning Danish rosewood sideboard with beautiful wood grains and aluminum details designed by Kai Kristiansen for Feldballes Møbelfabrik in 1958. It features two compartments and four drawers. The left compartment with hinged doors has two inner shelves, while the central one with double doors has one long one. On the right side there are four drawers. This sideboard provides plenty of storage space. The combination of rosewood and aluminum enhances the loftiness of the materials to the max. The clean structure characterized by straight lines and aluminum parts used for the handles and legs gives a sense of modernity and elegance. The sideboard has been cleaned and polished with professional products. We have made sure that all drawers and doors are working properly. We leave small signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetics of the piece of furniture and only confirm its originality. Overall, excellent unique original vintage condition. There are some absolutely minor signs of wear. The hinges have been reassembled to ensure they are perfectly aligned.
