Daybed Svane designed by Ingmar Relling for Ekornes and produced in the 1960s-70s. When fully open it can be used for sleeping. The table moves smoothly up and down and has a specific stopping point. The solid teak structure combined with the new natural wool covering in light tone gives an impression of simplicity and elegance at the same time, a classic for modern Scandinavian design. The sofa has been completely restored and checked: all mechanisms work properly; the padding has been redone, as has the old upholstery which has been replaced with a completely natural silver gray wool fabric; the wood has been cleaned and refinished. Some absolutely minor signs of use are visible on the wood just to confirm the age of the furniture. The mattress is 12 cm high, 155 cm wide and 72 cm deep. Width: 161 - 194 cm. Seat height: 42 cm. Leg height: 23.5 cm. It is also possible to purchase a teak coffee table for 300 euros (visible in the photos; it is 37.5 cm high, 70 cm wide and deep) and possibly in a set with the three-seater Svane daybed at the price of 3900 euros.
