This hall coat stand was made in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1950s and produced by the Dřevokov company. Material: plywood, wood, leatherette, metal. It can be mounted on the wall or rest freely on the floor. It is a characteristic example of Czechoslovak furniture design in relation to the so-called Brussels period. This period began with the great success of the Czechoslovak pavilion at the famous 1958 EXPO in Brussels. The coat stand is in good original condition and shows signs of age and use. Height 180 cm, width 92 cm, depth 29 cm.
