Rosewood hanging bookcase with light by Kai Kristiansen for FM Mobler made in Denmark in the 1960s. Equipped with shelves, backlit shelf and cabinet with shutter doors. The mastery of mid-century Danish craftsmanship is exemplified in details such as the stunning folding shutter doors that, at first glance, appear to be a single piece; these reveal a spacious inside with two "trays" and a shelf. The lamp illuminates with a warm and delicate light. This piece of furniture is entirely modular and you can arrange all the elements according to your needs and tastes using a simple system of metal brackets that fit into the uprights. The cabinet with rolling shutter doors is 50 cm high, 86 cm wide and 41 cm deep. The shelf with lamp is 9 cm high, 86 cm wide and 18 cm deep. The three shelves are 18 cm deep. The two rosewood veneered metal rails are 230 cm long.
The furniture has been checked: we made sure that all the drawers and doors work properly, as well as the lamp; all parts have been cleaned and the wood has been treated with professional products. We leave small signs of use that do not ruin the aesthetics of the furniture and only confirm its originality. The bookcase is in excellent condition with minor signs of wear.
