Rosewood Davenport writing desk, inlaid and threaded in brass with rare secret mechanism for raising the top. Mid-19th century, provenance England. Width 62 cm, depth 57 cm, height 89 cm (height raised 103 cm). Restored, on the actual condition of the object assess the photographs as they have priority value and are not debatable.
