Oil painting on canvas from the 18th century depicting a religious subject, specifically Saint Anthony Abbot; good pictorial quality. Antique wooden frame, not contemporary, carved, gilded and adapted to the painting during the 20th century. Structurally solid frame showing several signs of time and color lacks (see photos). Painting of nice size and pleasing decor. It has recently undergone conservation restoration, color repainting, frame replacement and has been restretched. In good condition with some signs of restoration. Size without frame: 68 x 56 cm.
