French terracotta centerpiece vase by Georges Flamand, first half of the 20th century. Finely chiseled terracotta object with mascarons (faces with different expressions, see photos) and side putti figures of excellent quality. Sculpture signed on base "G. Flamand" (see photos) referable to artist Georges Flamand (1862-1925); lacking authentication. Finished centerpiece of excellent size and proportion, easily placeable in various places in the home, for antiquarians and collectors. Object in beautiful patina, structurally solid, showing some signs of wear and minor chips (see photos).
