Handmade wooden chess set in a walnut box, made in the second half of the 20th century, probably in Denmark. Complete chess set, hand-made using amateur methods. Minimalist-style chess set in turned wood, hand-carved. A unique piece in the sense that it was made in a single copy, probably by a later user. The chess pieces are in excellent condition, complete and packed in a beautiful walnut-lined box. Box dimensions: height 10 cm|width 27 cm|depth 11 cm.
