Industrial desk in the style of Gio Ponti with chair, 1960s-70s. Lacquered metal desk with three-drawer column with aluminum handles, skai top with chrome edge. This desk carries its own character, its own charm. The structure and three drawers are in good condition; the photos nicely highlight the condition and wear that accompanies this piece of furniture. The skai top has a small sign of wear as seen in the photos, otherwise normal traces of use. It had a label that has faded and half torn: origin Milan, manufacturing company Smail Corsico (Milan). The desk is 80 cm high, 140 cm wide and 80 cm deep; it weighs 80 kg.
The chair, 1950s, is made of aluminum with a dark green skai seat. The structure is solid and without breakage, the skai seat shows light wear and normal traces of use highlighted in photos. Both the seat and backrest have been treated with softening cream. The chair is 81 cm high, 45 cm wide and 45 cm deep, the seat is 47 cm high; it weighs 1.5/2 kg.
