SILVER Seller in Varese, Italia
Old Castile style single chair, 1980s-90s. Faithful reproduction of original models dating back to the ancient Kingdom of Castile. It has a solid aliso wood structure with important carvings on the top of the backrest and on the crosspiece that joins the two front legs; the latter are reinforced and decorated, each, with four elements in an ashlar-like format. The seat and back are in heavy Bulgarian red leather stopped with conspicuous studs to the structure. Spanish handcrafted production. Display product in excellent condition; there are slight signs of time on the leather.
