Six chairs from the 1950s, witnesses of that decade following the Second World War that wants to leave the past behind and demands, even in furniture, new and different lines, materials and colours. The chairs we propose are built according to the Brianza craft tradition in the style of Gio Ponti. The solid and very light structure is highlighted by a matt black lacquering. The seat is padded and upholstered in ivory-coloured skai, a material that was a novelty at the time, deriving from the "Skai" brand, marketed by a German company from the 1950s with the aim of replacing the more traditional and expensive leather. The price includes the set of 6 chairs. The chairs, which have never been used, are in excellent structural condition, with some slight signs of time; suitable anti-wormwood treatment.
