Item description
Original table from the 1950s with a very elegant and dynamic line in the style of Gio Ponti. It is formed by a rectangular top, actually hexagonal because the two long sides form a break that widens from 80 cm to 85 cm. It features a typical 'Labyrinth' design overpainted with a transparent finish and edged in natural solid wood. The top rests on two longitudinal joists that join the four legs tapering downwards two by two, and on two transverse joists that join the two previous blocks. Brass finials. The top has some defects in the overpainting as shown in the photo, while the solid wood frame has some woodworm holes.
