Item description

Painted on wood with vivid scene of rural daily life. The painter Mario Moretti Foggia (1882-1954) studied at the Brera Academy in Milan, exhibited in Venice, Palazzo Pitti and numerous other galleries. His works are still in the Gallery of Modern Art in Milan, the Gallery of the Palazzo Ducale in Mantua, the Quirinale collection and international private galleries.
