Italian Art Deco chest of drawers from the 1940s. The chest of drawers is made of walnut, solid wood with bachelized brass handles, and the wooden top is carved to fit a solid black marble top. It has 4 spacious drawers with three original keys. Carved decorative details in each drawer. Eight brass-coloured bakelite handles, there are minimal breaks at the end of the first and third handle, on the left side. Elegant and neat appearance. This piece of furniture was made to order by the local carpenter of the time. It was used and placed in a historical building in Genoa, Italy. Very good condition, despite some minor defects due to age and use. Width 113 cm x Height 100 cm x Depth 50 cm. Made in Genoa, Italy in the 1940s.
